This 7 days safari is the ultimate way to explore Tanzania’s most iconic parks, offering a well-rounded experience of its rich wildlife, stunning landscapes, and cultural heritage. Designed to suit the needs of our clients who wish to experience the best national parks and world-renowned wildlife within a week, this tour includes visits to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Empakaai Crater — all wrapped into an unforgettable adventure.
Arrival Day – Kilimanjaro Airport
Arrive at Kilimanjaro Airport, where you will be warmly welcomed by our representative. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Moshi or Arusha, cities located in northern Tanzania. Spend the rest of the day at leisure to relax and prepare for the extraordinary safari ahead.
Day 1 – Tarangire National Park

After an early breakfast, depart from your hotel at 6:00 am and head to Tarangire National Park, driving via Arusha city (approx. 3-4 hours). Tarangire is known for its massive elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. Along with elephants, you can also spot giraffes, antelope, lions, and cheetahs. After spending 7 hours on game drives, you will leave the park at 5:00 pm and head to your lodge or campsite for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 2 – Serengeti National Park (North)

After breakfast, depart for Serengeti North, arriving around 10:00 am for a game drive in Northern Mara. Serengeti is world-renowned for the annual migration of over 1.5 million wildebeest and hundreds of thousands of zebras. Witness the dramatic survival of the fittest as these animals cross crocodile-infested waters during their migration, a truly unforgettable sight. In addition, observe the calving season where 8,000 calves are born daily before embarking on their epic 1,000 km journey.
Day 3 – Serengeti North (Kogatende)

Today is dedicated to exploring Serengeti North and experiencing more of the wildebeest migration and the calving season. The northern Serengeti offers a breathtaking landscape and excellent wildlife viewing, particularly predators like lions, cheetahs, and leopards. The scenery here is majestic, and the chance to see large herds and predators in action makes this a standout day on your safari.
Day 4 – Serengeti Central (Central Seronera)

After breakfast, we head to Central Serengeti, specifically to the Seronera area, which is famous for its rich wildlife and diversity. In addition to the Big Five, you’ll encounter a variety of smaller mammals, colorful reptiles like the agama lizard, and a wide range of bird species (500 recorded). The central Serengeti is also famous for its impressive granite kopjes, home to rock hyraxes and various species of dung beetles.
Day 5 – Serengeti Central (Central Seronera)

Time in the Park: 6-8 hours

This day is all about continuing your exploration of the Seronera area in Central Serengeti. We plan to leave early in the morning to catch a beautiful Serengeti sunrise, followed by an exciting game drive in search of more wildlife. Lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and giraffes are common sightings here, and you may also spot flamingos in the park’s seasonal wetlands. In the late afternoon, we’ll make our way to the Ngorongoro Crater area for dinner and overnight stay.
Day 6 – Walking Tour – Empakaai Crater

Walking Time: 4-5 hours

Today we embark on an adventurous walking safari to Empakaai Crater, a collapsed volcanic caldera with a deep alkaline lake occupying 75% of the crater floor. The trek takes you through breathtaking landscapes and gives you the chance to see wildlife like blue monkeys, waterbucks, and buffaloes. You may also spot bearded vultures and Augur buzzards. The views from the crater rim are spectacular, with vistas of Mount Kilimanjaro and the Great Rift Valley. Your walk will be accompanied by a park ranger and your guide for safety and a deeper understanding of the area’s ecology.
Day 7 – Ngorongoro Crater Tour

Meals: Breakfast & Lunch
On your final day, we leave early for a morning game drive in the Ngorongoro Crater, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is known for its stunning scenery and the high concentration of wildlife that resides on its floor. Expect to see a range of animals, including rhinos, elephants, lions, giraffes, and a variety of birdlife like pink flamingos. After an unforgettable day in the crater, we’ll make our way back to Moshi or Arusha, where you can either transfer to the airport for your departure or enjoy one last night in Tanzania.
