4. Medical Conditions

Clients must inform Chance Venture Tours of any relevant medical conditions or requirements when making their booking.

Each client is responsible for assessing their own health, fitness, and ability to participate in the selected tour or activity. We recommend consulting a qualified medical professional before traveling, particularly for activities involving high altitude, strenuous walking, or extended travel.

Chance Venture Tours does not provide medical advice. Clients should seek professional medical advice regarding vaccinations, malaria prevention, and other health precautions before traveling to Tanzania.

5. Climate

Tanzania experiences different weather conditions throughout the year. Generally, December to March can be warm, April and May are associated with heavier rains, June to October are typically cooler and drier, and November may experience short rains.

Weather conditions can vary depending on the region and altitude. Clients should prepare suitable clothing and personal items according to their itinerary and the time of year they are traveling.

6. Shopping Trips

Chance Venture Tours drivers and guides may take clients to recommended shops, local markets, or curio stalls during their trip.

Our team can provide assistance and general recommendations during shopping visits to help make the experience comfortable and enjoyable. Clients are free to decide whether they wish to purchase any items.

7. Special Requirements

Chance Venture Tours will make every reasonable effort to accommodate special requests, including dietary requirements, room preferences, mobility needs, and other specific arrangements.

Clients should communicate any special requirements at the time of booking so that we can make the necessary arrangements in advance.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

Chance Venture Tours works with third-party suppliers and service providers, including hotels, lodges, airlines, transportation companies, and local guides, to provide travel services.

While we carefully select our service providers, we do not have direct control over their operations and cannot be held responsible for their independent actions, omissions, delays, or decisions.

Services provided by third parties may also be subject to their own terms and conditions, including limitations of liability. Clients acknowledge that these suppliers operate under the applicable laws and regulations of Tanzania.
