The 4 days safari is the perfect itinerary for those looking to experience Tanzania’s incredible wildlife and diverse landscapes within a short amount of time. This tour takes you to three of Tanzania’s most iconic parks, allowing you to witness a wide variety of animals and beautiful terrains over the course of four days.
Day 1: Serengeti National Park
Main Destination: Serengeti National Park
Driving Time to the Park: 6-7 hours
Time in the Park: 5-6 hours

After breakfast, we’ll embark on our journey to the Serengeti National Park via the scenic highlands of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. As we leave the highlands behind, we’ll descend into the vast plains of the Serengeti, one of the most famous wildlife destinations in the world. The park’s endless landscapes are home to an astonishing diversity of animals.
We will head to the Seronera area, located in the heart of the Serengeti, known for its abundant wildlife. The Seronera River provides a vital water source that attracts a variety of species, including lions, leopards, cheetahs, hippos, elephants, and more. After an exciting day of game viewing, we will return to our accommodation for a relaxing evening.
Day 2: Serengeti Game Drives – Full Day (Wildebeest/Calving Season)

Today, we will dedicate a full day to exploring the Serengeti. If you’re visiting during the wildebeest calving season, you’re in for an incredible spectacle, as thousands of wildebeest give birth in a dramatic and fast-paced display of life. You will have ample opportunities to witness the Great Migration and the circle of life in the wild.
The Seronera area is renowned for its concentration of wildlife, so throughout the day, you will have the chance to see a wide range of animals, including the Big Five, and perhaps even witness predators like lions and hyenas hunting in the plains.
Day 3: Serengeti Game Drives

Meals: Breakfast & lunch
Start the day with an early morning game drive in the Serengeti’s protected wildlife refuge. The stunning savannahs are teeming with wildlife throughout the year, and you’ll have another opportunity to explore this incredible ecosystem. Look out for leopards, giraffes, zebras, and wildebeests, among many other species.
After a leisurely lunch, we’ll begin making our way toward the Ngorongoro Crater area for the next leg of your safari adventure.
Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater
Main Destination: Ngorongoro Crater
Driving Time to the Park: 45 minutes
Time in the Park: 8 hours

Meals: Breakfast & lunch
After an early breakfast, we’ll head to the Ngorongoro Crater for a day of incredible wildlife viewing. This UNESCO World Heritage Site is home to a stunning natural amphitheater where wildlife flourishes in a protected environment. The crater is one of the few places in Tanzania where you can see the Big Five all in one day, as well as an array of birdlife, including pink flamingos on the crater’s lakes.
Expect to see rhinos, lions, elephants, giraffes, hyenas, and many more animals. The breathtaking scenery and diverse wildlife make this a truly unforgettable experience.
After spending the day exploring the crater, you’ll head back to your accommodation or transfer to the airport for your departure.
